With a call to our help desk, our experts will diagnose your issue, quickly and efficiently. In most cases, using CAPEMS Rescue will allow our techs to remotely connect to your workstation, and fix the issue while you watch. This allows you to get back to work without the delay and inconvenience of an onsite service call.
If we are unable to fix the issue remotely, in the case of an Internet outage or hardware failure, for example, we can work with you in scheduling an onsite service call to minimize your downtime.
The CAPEMS Customer Portal allows you to review a history of issues reported by you or your staff. The Portal also gives you real time updates on any reported issues, and allows you to quickly report new issues.
